To continually monitor our Company’s customer service standards and work practices, we have the following systems in place:

  • A questionnaire is sent out to customers approximately one month to 6 weeks after the property has been sold.  This is sent to both vendors and purchasers
  • If the respondent prefers, they may answer the questionnaire via the interactive website
  • There is a ‘Comments and Suggestions’ book at the Client’s Waiting Lounge that visitors may write in.

Confidentiality is assured at all times

Depending on availability, a small gift may be mailed to the respondent, together with the thank you note, within one week of receipt of the completed questionnaire
  • Any action needed to address the issues raised are attended to immediately and discussed with the staff
  • Questionnaires are collated quarterly and six monthly to gauge the level of customer service being extended to our Customers
  • Training is provided for staff members or any issues highlighted
